Support Groups at The Ridge are designed for anyone in need of moral support to have a place to go, and be able to share your experiences, feelings, and thoughts in a judgment-free environment. These groups are a great resource for anyone that feels discouraged, unappreciated, overwhelmed, stressed, out of control, and more. We offer a safe place to give and take advice, tips, and life stories.
The Men’s Support Group and Women’s Support Group meet separately, and are made up of people with common experiences or concerns. Group leaders are present to facilitate the discussions, and provide relevant topics. As a group, you can come together and provide each other with encouragement, and comfort.
If you’re looking for Support Groups or short-term groups that are more specific to the following topics, please visit the Care page for more information: divorce, death of a loved one, finances, single parenting, and counseling.
