It’s a conversational, small-group environment where you can explore faith and experience community. Starting Point groups are held at the church during the 9am & 11am Sunday services for 8 weeks. Groups generally start every few months with approximately 12 members and 2–4 leaders per group.
Who it’s for?
Church should be the safest, least judgmental, and most logical place to ask questions about faith…right? If you’re asking questions about Christianity, have doubts, are new to a relationship with God, are giving church a second chance, or coming back to church after some time away, then Starting Point is the place for you. Your curiosity deserves a conversation, and it’s a place where your opinions and beliefs are valued, where you can ask the questions people say you aren’t supposed to ask in church, and where no question is off-limits.
How to start!
You can find out more about joining a Starting Point group at a Starting Point Orientation. This is where we share a bit about what Starting Point is, what to expect from Starting Point, and we’ll answer any questions you might have. You will then be able to decide if Starting Point is right for you.
