Jobs for Life (JfL) is a training program, offered through Christian Help, that is available to adults who are interested in finding a job. JfL is a personal development course for those who are unemployed or under employed. It uses timeless, biblical principles concerning work and instructs on how those principles can be applied in the work force. Through training, individuals develop desirable characteristics that will help them in the work force and will experience life in Christ.

A representative from Christian Help and JfL, will be at The Ridge after each of the services on Sunday, August 13, for a Jobs for Life informational session.

The informational sessions are for two separate groups of people:

  • Those interested in improving their marketability as an employee, looking for meaningful employment, currently unemployed and looking to change their circumstances
  • Volunteers who have been successful in a career, and who have a desire to serve as a mentor to help others by helping share skills for career success.
