i dont know why i am so pumped about this, but i have been watching some of the PLANET EARTH series on discovery channel and just been amazed. the photography is killer. anyway, we are starting a new series at CRC tonight and so i put a little video together with clips from that show. the talk is about reason to believe in a creator God; i think these images speak for themselves.

    I am not sure this fits your message but try this book by Nancy Pearcey, TOTAL TRUTH. It puts the concepts of creation-evolution, natural-spiritual, reason-emotion into a Christian worldview. I liked it. http://www.pearceyreport.com/store.php

    I completely relate to your enthusiasm for such a fantastic show!! I have found myself glued to the TV every week in amazement and wonder at our God’s creation. (I hope everyone has the chance to watch it in HD) Thanks for plugging at church; I hope many more people will watch and be amazed and moved!

    If you want to see the lighter, more humerous side of Planet Earth check out comedian Jim Gaffigans spoof Our Massive Planet.
    I do really think that the Planet Earth series is great (even though I can’t afford to view it in HD).
    Great message- as a person well versed in Genetics (Master’s) I’d have to agree with everthing you said! God is amazing!
